Old age is a natural phenomenon, which occurs during the life cycle of every person. The energy of older persons decreases with age and it becomes troublesome to maintain normal physical activity. Elderly people face various health issues due to the changes from normal aging. Improves digestive system, removes toxins from outside the body and improves circulation of blood. Strengthens the muscles of the body and fixes the body’s posture. Yoga also increases strength, flexibility and balance of the body.
Adequate sleep is an important factor for overall health and well-being as it improves concentration and brain functions. Having proper sleep allows the human body to repair cell damage and freshens the immune system to prevent diseases.
Reduce stress: Stress is fully spread in life and can affect family, job, financial condition and overall health. Therefore, it is important to understand the reasons and take measures to deal with stress.
